How much does it cost to post my property information?
This service is provided at no cost by Main Street Birmingham.
How long are listings posted on the website?
Properties listed with realty companies will remain listed until the property is leased or sold. For properties that are listed on the site with no signage posted on the property, the listing will be confirmed every sixty (60) days unless the MSB office is otherwise contacted to remove the listing.
How can I get my property listed?
Please send pertinent information to tadams@mainstreetbham.org or click here to download the property information form. Fax the completed form to (205)595.0565 or send via U.S. Mail to the address listed on our contact us page. You must submit one form for each property that you wish to list.
Can you help me negotiate favorable terms?
MSB is providing this list, both electronically in PDF format and physically, as a free service. Neither MSB nor the City of Birmingham will have any role in the negotiations for the property.
